    Bullying Investigation Workshop - lessons learnt from your HRINZ Committee Facilitated by HRINZ Northland Committee; presenters include Alastair Wiseman, Barbara Jaques, Grant Harrison, Mark Stroud and Felice Croft. This one-hour session will provide you with an understanding of the "how and what' to do when a bullying claim is laid and "best -practice" advice an employer should follow when investigating a claim. With the introduction in 2015 of the Health and Safety at Work Act, organisations must take all steps reasonably practicable when it comes investigating and dealing with bullying claims. Failure to do so and if the bullying continues to occur, organisations are ultimately providing an "unsafe" work place. Drawing on the talent and knowledge from within your Northland HRINZ Committee, Barbara Jaques, Alastair Wiseman, Grant Harrison, Mark Stroud and Felice Croft will draw on their collective 80 years of human resource and management expertise to help provide insight and best practice advice on this relevant topic facing employers in 2018.
