Have a turnover of $3m+ Employ 15+ Staff Have the drive to implement lean principles and strategies to reduce waste Operate in a high-value manufacturing and services and supply chain business environment?  The Better by Lean course covers the following topics Following the workshop, companies committed to Lean will be eligible to apply for Callaghan Innovation cofounding support to assist with Lean implementation. Funding of up $20,000 (excluding GST), will be available from Callaghan Innovation on a 1:1 basis, to meet consultant/trainer costs for Lean planning and training activities, the preparation of a Lean Implementation Plan, and Lean implementation, covering a 12 month period.  For more information see the attached flyer and please note this refers to the two-day course however May’s workshop is only a one day course.
